This project aims to improve the building environment and enhance its visual appeal. The design makes the building both aesthetically pleasing and functional, protecting the exterior walls for a long time while allowing natural light and air to penetrate through the perforated structure and enter the interior.

Extreme Climate Adaptability: Nigeria experiences a harsh tropical climate, characterized by high humidity, intense solar radiation, and frequent heavy rainfall. The curtain wall materials must exhibit exceptional resistance to moisture, UV rays, and corrosion to maintain structural stability and aesthetic integrity under these demanding environmental conditions.
Building Envelope Context: As this curtain wall serves as the primary exterior envelope for buildings in Nigeria, it must be engineered to withstand the region's demanding tropical climate. The exterior facade system requires exceptional resilience against high humidity, intense solar radiation, and frequent heavy rainfall to maintain structural stability and prevent material degradation over time.
Solution:
Application of fluorocarbon coating: ALUMTIMES applied a fluorocarbon coating on the surface of the aluminum baffle panels. This coating can effectively resist the extreme temperature variations and sand erosion commonly found in the Gansu region, and prevent material aging caused by long-term ultraviolet radiation, ensuring the material has long-lasting durability.
Structural safety optimization: In the design of the curtain wall, high-strength installation structures and precise connection techniques were adopted to minimize the impact of external factors and ensure the safety and durability of the curtain wall.
