Designed and supplied by ALUMTIMES, the custom aluminum perforated panel system is being installed with exceptional precision and efficiency. Leveraging a strategic modular design and rigorous full-scale factory mock-ups, the complex perforation patterns achieve seamless alignment, guaranteeing both aesthetic excellence and optimal functional performance.

This undulating perforated aluminum exterior facade (approximately 10 meters high) features custom graphic aluminum panels installed on galvanized steel frames. ALUMTIMES provided comprehensive support from design to manufacturing, successfully resolving the issues of panel alignment and maintaining consistent graphic patterns in the dynamic and geometrically complex facade.

To address the facade’s geometric complexity, ALUMTIMES built a full-scale factory mock-up of the undulating perforated aluminum system. Pre-assembly testing of panel seams and bolt positions validated design precision, reducing on-site risks and ensuring seamless alignment of the text-patterned panels.
